Marketing Messages From Third Party Sponsors

We offer both free and paid subscriptions to e-mail and print newsletters.  To subscribe to these newsletters, you must provide us with a valid e-mail address and other information including name, mailing address, and phone number.  You may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters at any time by following the instructions in our E-Mail Policy or at the end of every newsletter.  Paid subscription newsletters require a subscription cancellation request through our web site, by e-mail, a written request by mail or by phoning our customer service department.  We maintain a “Do Not Mail” list of e-mail addresses that will not receive future correspondence from us.  Instructions for adding an e-mail address to our Do Not Mail list are specified in our E-Mail Policy and in e-mail correspondence you receive from us.

E-mail addresses provided to us are kept on a secure server.  We do not share your e-mail address with third parties except as provided in this Privacy Policy.  We do share your e-mail address and mail address to selected advertisers.  E-mail advertisers who wish to send advertisements to our users are required to comply with CAN-SPAM legislation, and provide users with an easy process of removing their e-mail addresses from future advertisements, as well as provide a "Do Not Mail" option for users who do not wish to receive any further communication from a specific advertiser.  Users of our website(s) agree to receive offers directly from us as well as advertisements from our partners and advertisers.  Users can elect to discontinue receiving third party advertisements from us, while continuing to receive our newsletters.

We maintain a mailing address list that is made available to approved advertisers who are offering health-related products to our users.  Users agree to receive correspondence by mail from select advertisers.
We do not control the practices of our advertisers or partners.  If you have questions about how one of our advertisers or partners uses information about you when you click their ad or are re-directed to their websites, please contact them directly.

Discontinuing Electronic Newsletters

Users may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every newsletter, or through our website(s).  This includes being permanently removed from our list of active subscribers, as well as being placed on our Do Not Mail list to ensure that you do not receive further communications from us.

E-mail Policy

We understand the serious concerns regarding e-mail advertising. As a result, we have a separate E-mail Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of our users and desire to send e-mail communication only to those users who wish to receive communications from us.  Please review our E-mail Policy carefully before using our website(s), or subscribing for any free or paid newsletters or submitting any personal information to us.

Changes to This Policy

We will inform you if we make a material change to our Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with the change, you should discontinue use of our website(s) and the information we provide on or through our website(s) immediately.  Certain non-material changes that do not affect the use or disclosure of you personal information will be made without notifying you.  You should review this Privacy Policy frequently.

Should you have any questions regarding our Privacy Policy or other related issues, please contact us so that we can address your concerns.
